A gift given for a specific purpose is a restricted fund, and we may use it only for that purpose. A gift given where it is most needed lets us respond to whatever is most urgent.

The donation service is not connected. We will not display a form that cannot take a payment, and we will never show a thank-you for a donation that did not complete.
