Education
School supplies, scholarships, literacy, digital inclusion, mentoring and vocational learning.
Education is one of the few things that compounds in someone's favour. Missing out on it compounds the other way, and it does so quietly, over years, until the gap looks like ability rather than circumstance.
We work to remove the practical barriers that decide who gets to learn.
The challenge
A child without the right shoes does not go on the trip. A child without a device or a connection cannot do the homework. A young person without anyone to ask does not apply.
None of these are failures of intelligence or effort. They are failures of circumstance, and they are the kind of thing that can be fixed.
What we do
We remove specific, identifiable obstacles — a uniform, a laptop, a bus fare, a fee — and we back that with mentoring, because knowing someone believes you will manage is not a small thing.
School supplies
Uniform, books, equipment and the everyday items schools assume families can buy.
Scholarships
Support with fees and costs where they are the barrier.
Literacy
Reading support for children and adults.
Digital inclusion
Devices and connectivity, so that a lack of either does not decide a child's future.
Youth mentoring
Consistent adult support for young people who have little of it.
Educational support
Additional tuition and help where a child has fallen behind.
Vocational learning
Practical routes for people the classroom did not serve.

What good looks like
These are what we are working towards, not achievements we are claiming. We will report against them once we have verified figures.
