- If a role involves contact with children or adults at risk, we arrange the checks that role requires, and we tell you in advance.

No. Most of what we need is time, reliability and a willingness to treat people well. We will show you the rest.
For some roles, yes — anything involving contact with children or adults at risk. We will always tell you before you take a role on, and we will arrange it properly. We will never ask you to disclose your criminal record through a form on this website.
As much or as little as works for you. Some people help at one event a year. Others are here every week. Both matter.
No. Our faith is why we do this work, but you do not need to share it to be part of it. We ask only that you treat everyone you meet through us with respect.
